I think I’ve been smoothie-ing for about a week now, and have noted the following:

I poop regularly. My sleep has improved; I dont wake up in hot sweats, I fall asleep without benadryl more often than not, and my dreams have settled to normal. My energy and attitude are up. I am getting up earlier, easier.

I often feel hungry but dont really mind it. The smell and thought of the fast food I had started eating totally grosses me out now — I would sooner eat grass.
